High school graduate with 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable.
Responsible for processing vouchers in payment for all invoices, responds to vendors and staff inquiries. Prepares resident billing and related documentation for financial reporting and responds to resident inquiries. Responsible for accumulation of resident charges in an accurate and timely manner. Assist with billing, monitoring and collection of accounts receivable balances.
CNA - Skilled Care
Full Time - 2nd shift
High school diploma or GED required. Must be currently certified as a CNA in the state of NC. Experience in a geriatric nursing environment preferred.
Part time - 3rd shift / Full time - 3rd shift
High school diploma or GED required. Must be currently certified as a CNA in NC and have Med Tech certification. Six months experience in a geriatric nursing environment preferred.
Director of Mission Advancement
BA or BS degree preferred. / 5-8 years of successful professional experience in administration and internal/external community engagement / Proven ability in establishing/maintaining relationships with all stakeholders / Strong computer skills and experience including spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software.
This position is tasked with developing and implementing a strategic program of community engagement that will advance our Mission, Vision and Values; serves as a member of the Senior Leadership Team; works closely with all departments to execute an external community engagement strategy; will attend community meetings and events on behalf of Aldersgate to provide information, present initiatives around community engagement, and advocate for Aldersgate involvement; will create mechanisms for internal/external evaluation of engagement initiatives.
Life Enrichment Coordinator
Full time - 1st shift (some weekends required)
Must be a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. / Valid NC driver's license required, and may be required to obtain commercial driver's license.
This position will plan, implement, evaluate and document therapeutic and restorative activities in group and 1:1 settings. This position will work with the interdisciplinary team on care plans for residents. MDS experience is highly recommended. Two to three years of healthcare facility experience preferred.
RN/LPN - Skilled Care
Part time - 2nd shift
Must be correctly licensed in North Carolina. Six months of geriatric experience preferred.
RN/LPN Wellness Clinic Nurse Supervisor
Full Time - 1st Shift
Must be licensed RN with at least 2 years of nursing experience. / Experience in a geriatric nursing environment preferred.
Oversees the daily operation of our Resident Wellness Clinic. Excellent communication, critical thinking/assessment and computer skills required.
Senior Maintenance Technician
Full time – 1st Shift and On Call as needed
This position troubleshoots and repairs HVAC equipment, boiler, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. This position also provides assistance with special projects, and supports other areas of the maintenance department as needed. CFC Universal certification required; three to five years maintenance experience and knowledge of Windows-based DDC Control Systems preferred. Valid NC driver’s license, and clean driving record required.

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Human Services / 1-2 years experience working in a geriatric setting
This position evaluates social and emotional needs of residents to assure overall well being, interacts with all departments to ensure quality of care for the residents, assists with Medicare admissions/discharges, and completes documentation including not limited to MDS, RAPS, assessments, notes, discharge planning, and care plans.
