Must have a vision to implement resident-directed activities and programs in our assisted living area; will plan, implement, evaluate and document therapeutic and restorative activities in group and 1:1 settings; and will work with the interdisciplinary team on care plans for residents.
Full time - 2nd and 3rd shifts / Part time - all shifts
High school diploma or GED required. Must be currently certified as a CNA in NC and have Med Tech certification. Six months experience in a geriatric nursing environment preferred.
Cooks / Dishwasher / Baker
Varied schedule including weekends. Six months to one year experience preferred.
Director of Healthcare Services
Full time - 1st shift
Bachelor's degree in business, management or health care administration with three to five years senior level management and leadership experience in a CCRC environment preferred. / Current North Carolina nursing home administrator (NHA) license, assisted living administrator's license (RCAL), or ability for reciprocity or to gain state licensure required.
This position is designated as the licensed administrator of record and is responsible for the high quality and efficient operation of the skilled nursing and assisted living care areas. Meets operational standards by establishing and monitoring effective quality assurance processes; monitors and implements long term care and short term Medicare program for internal and external customers. Applicants must submit a salary history.
Floor Care Technicians
Part time – 1st shift
This position provides cleaning support for the facility. Handles trash removal. Maintains carpet and tile throughout the facility and provides cleaning support for other areas as necessary. Assists with equipment and furniture moves and provides set up for facility functions. Two to five years of floor care experience preferred.
RN Supervisor - Skilled Care
Full Time - 1st Shift
2-year registered nurse diploma / 1-3 years experience as registered nurse / 1 year of management experience
This position manages the day-to-day nursing function of an assigned shift; counsels and directs employees; interacts with all members of the healthcare team and is responsible for delivery of appropriate nursing care, adhering to budgets, policies and compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.
Part time - 2nd and 3rd shifts
Must be currently licensed in the state of NC. Six months of experience in a geriatric environment preferred.
Senior Maintenance Technician
Full time – 1st Shift and On Call as needed
This position troubleshoots and repairs HVAC equipment, boiler, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. This position also provides assistance with special projects, and supports other areas of the maintenance department as needed. CFC Universal certification required; three to five years maintenance experience and knowledge of Windows-based DDC Control Systems preferred. Valid NC driver’s license, and clean driving record required.
